The space A private studio with a rustic-industrial design, comfortable and bright: double bed, sofa bed, TV, dining table, ample storage and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and microwave. En-suite bathroom with a hydromassage shower. Ideal for couples or a group of three. It is situated on a ‘Island’ in Porto that has been redeveloped for tourism without displacing the original residents — you’ll be living alongside the neighbourhood’s real community. Shared garden with an urban vegetable patch, barbecue, seasonal hot tub and various leisure areas. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to their private studio. Besides your private space, you are welcome to enjoy all our shared common areas: Garden, Urban Vegetable Garden and Barbecue: free access to relax and socialise. Shared laundry: Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 19:30 (closed on Sundays). Wash and dry €4, wash only €3, dry only €1.50. Keys at reception, maximum load 9 kg. Outdoor jacuzzi: €15 per one hour session, up to 3 guests from the same house. Book at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Open from 1 May to 30 September. After that date, opening depends on the weather: please check the Ruby Charm Houses app to see if it is open. Other things to note Check-in: from 15:00 to 00:00. Between 00:00 and 02:00 we wait at no extra cost in case of flight delays, as long as your arrival time has been arranged with us. Late check-in, after 02:00: €40, on prior request through Airbnb messages. Check-out: from 08:00 to 11:00. Flexible times, subject to availability: early check-in from 11:30 to 15:00, €40; late check-out from 11:30 to 14:30, €40. Arrival time: please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance. Documents: photo ID and a credit card at check-in. Security deposit: €200 on arrival, by credit card, fully refundable at check-out after the house has been checked.
