The Studio includes: Comfortable double bed TV Little Dinner Table Plenty of space to store your belongings Fully equipped kitchen with oven and microwave Private bathroom featuring a luxurious shower with hydromassage jets Common Areas: The real highlight of the property is our fantastic outdoor space, designed for your leisure and relaxation. Enjoy: A lush garden Urban garden Barbecue grill for outdoor meals Various lounge areas Guest access Guests will have full and exclusive access to their private studio. In addition to your private space, you are welcome to enjoy all of our shared common areas: Garden, Urban Vegetable Garden, and Barbecue Area: Free access for relaxing and socializing. Laundry: Available Monday through Saturday, from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Use of the washing machine is €3 per cycle, with detergent included. Jacuzzi (Whirlpool Bathtub): Available from May 1st to September 30th. Use requires reservation 24 hours in advance and is subject to a fee of €5 per person per hour (to cover water, cleaning, and disinfection costs). Opening hours: Monday to Friday (2:00 PM – 7:30 PM), Saturday and Sunday (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM). Other things to note Check-in: From 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Check-out: From 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Security Deposit: A security deposit of €200 is required upon arrival. This amount is paid by credit card and is fully refundable at checkout, subject to an inspection for damage to the property. Documentation: Guests are required to show a photo ID and a credit card upon check-in. Arrival Time: Please inform the property in advance of your estimated time of arrival. Flexible hours (subject to availability and fees): Early check-in (from 11:30 a.m.): €10 Late check-out (until 2:00 p.m.): €10 Late check-out (until 5:00 p.m.): €25 Check-out after 5:00 p.m.: 100% of the daily rate plus the Municipal Tourist Tax.
