The main house (70 m²) includes on the ground floor an American kitchen (fully equipped) open to a living room with a very beautiful fireplace which will delight you during your autumn or winter evenings (wood not provided, possibility to buy it on site in specialized stores located less than 10 minutes from the house). 3 large sofas (including 1 large sofa bed purchased in May 2023, offering real sleeping accommodation for 2 people with a 140*190 mattress) will allow you to relax and share good times with your family. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom (with toilet). Bedroom n°1 is equipped with a 160*200 double bed (with an umbrella bed and its mattress), bedrooms n°2 and n°3 are equipped with a 140*190 double bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 also have books and toys for children aged 3 to 12, as well as an office space. The outbuilding (not communicating with the main house) consists of a laundry area on the ground floor (with oil boiler, washing machine and dryer) and upstairs a closed room reserved for the owner. In summary, there are 3 double beds and 1 sofa bed in the main house (i.e. 8 beds). However, I limit the rental to 6 people maximum, for greater comfort, particularly since there is only one bathroom and one toilet for the whole family. Another important clarification: all beds are made upon arrival, and each traveler has a set of towels (1 small and 1 large). The fully enclosed grounds offer you a south-facing terrace, not overlooked, equipped with a teak table for 6 people and 6 garden chairs, a large offset parasol and a Weber charcoal barbecue (charcoal and firelighters not supplied), enough to take full advantage of the sun and the long summer days. On the lawn part, with an area of ​​approximately 95 m², children can enjoy a swing, as well as a trampoline. A house that will delight young and old, for a quiet stay, not to be missed !
