Sleeping up to 10 guests, the home features a private swimming pool, two living areas, a pool table, an ocean-view wraparound deck, BBQ, fenced backyard and parking for cars and a boat. Broulee Beach and Candlagan Creek are approximately a three-minute walk away, with the Mossy Point Boat Ramp and local café also nearby. The space With four bedrooms, three bathrooms and separate upstairs and downstairs living areas, this generously sized home gives larger families and groups plenty of room to relax. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, living and dining area flows onto an expansive wraparound deck overlooking the pool. Enjoy morning coffee with ocean glimpses, relaxed family meals outdoors or a BBQ after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, full-size refrigerator, coffee pod machine and filtered-coffee percolator. There are several indoor and outdoor dining options, making it easy to cater for larger groups. Downstairs is a second living and games area with a television, lounge seating and pool table—ideal for children, teenagers or guests wanting their own space. Bedding configuration – Please note linen is BYO Bedroom 1: King bed, ensuite, television and walk-in wardrobe Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Tri-bunk with double bed below and single bed above, plus one king single bed Bedroom 4: Queen bed A cot and highchair are also available for families travelling with young children. The home includes a washing machine, dryer, private unheated swimming pool, separately fenced pool area, fully fenced backyard, ducted heating and cooling upstairs, ceiling fans and a double lock-up garage. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, laundry, deck, backyard and private swimming pool. The double lock-up garage, driveway and additional off-street parking provide room for multiple vehicles and a boat. Self-check-in is available through a secure lockbox. Check-in instructions and the access code will be sent before arrival. Other things to note Linen: Bed linen and towels are not currently supplied. Guests will need to bring sheets, pillowcases and bath towels or arrange linen hire before arrival. Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is not available at the property. Although there is a desk area downstairs, it should not be advertised as a dedicated workspace unless internet is added. Swimming pool: The private pool is fully fenced but is not heated. Children must be supervised around the pool at all times. Pets: The property is pet-friendly and has a fenced backyard.
