There is 100 feet of lakefront, with a nice sandy bottom for swimming. Private dock is conveniently located on the property for fishing or docking your boat. There is a boat launch located within a quarter mile for your convenience. The large lakefront yard offers opportunities for lots of fun family activities: bags, volleyball, bonfires, or just sitting and enjoying the lake view. Your vacation home has an open kitchen/family room concept, with a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need make amazing meals, a large table that seats 12 with lots of room for everyone to enjoy meal times. There’s a large porch and enclosed sun room, with full size futon, offering gathering areas for games, late night conversations, or simply a place to enjoy the beautiful sunset. In addition to the large deck there are two patios, one offering seating for 10. The other has 4 Adirondack chairs for enjoying a later afternoon cocktail. There are 6 bedrooms, with one of the bedrooms housing 4 large bunk beds, a real winner for kids and cousins! There are 2 refrigerators and a freezer, grocery stores and shopping nearby. House is only 1 hour from Notre Dame, which makes it a nice option for game days!
