The location is ideal, as it is only a few minutes by car to the centre of Kempten, and you can also quickly reach the motorway and the lakes, hiking trails or ski areas. Shopping facilities and a bakery are on site. The space The bright, friendly flat has approx. 53 square metres divided into 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. In the open-plan living/dining area there is a cosy velvet sofa, TV and another bed for sleeping or relaxing. The dining area is in the centre of the room facing the small kitchen. There you will find all the utensils you need for catering and cooking. A coffee machine, complete crockery and cooking utensils, cooker and fridge, toaster and much more. Guest access The entire apartment is only available to guests Other things to note The apartment is well equipped with all kitchen utensils, spices, vinegar, oil, some tea and coffee, filter bags, bin liners, kitchen towels, toilet paper and much more. Bed linen and towels are provided in sufficient quantities and can be changed free of charge if required.
