The ground floor contains: the living room, kitchen, a bathroom, pantry, and garage. The 1st floor has 5 double bedrooms, one of the bedrooms has a private bathroom, and two more bathrooms. The attic has 2 bedrooms with 6 single beds, one bathroom. It overlooks the village of Ericeira and the sea, from the balconies of the ground floor, the 1st floor, and the windows of the attic. Area 270 m2 Parking is easy in front of the house in Praceta. Praias do Norte and Praia dos Pescadores, Praia do Sul are a 10-minute walk away, close to several supermarkets, gourmet shop, coffee shop, restaurants, banks, ATM, market, etc., Overlooking Ericeira and the sea, close to the most beautiful beaches, which were elected by UNESCO as a World Surfing Reserve. Guest access - Although you have rented the entire house, the 5 bedrooms are always available regardless of the number of people. - In case you want 1 person per room and the opening of the Penthouse has an additional cost, it depends on the number of beds to be used. E.g. 7 people = 5 bedrooms and two more people in the Penthouse, there is an additional cost to open the Penthouse. Other things to note - At in-person check-in, guests must show a photo ID. - Tourist Tax: Mandatory Tourism Tax, per night of €2.40 in high season (from May 1st to October 31st) and €1.20 in low season (from November 1st to April 30th), is charged per guest (over 12 years old) and per night, maximum 7 nights per person. The amount is charged in cash upon arrival. - Check-in from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Check-out until 11:00 a.m. - NO PARTIES AND EVENTS ALLOWED. - Visitors in the apartment only with the owner's permission. - Quiet period from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. - No smoking: Inside the house - Smoking is only allowed on the terrace and balconies. - The request for: Crib, high chair for babies, Baby bath, Outlet protectors, must be made in advance, and is delivered subject to availability. - A crib has an additional cost of €20.00 per stay. - At Check-out: you must leave the apartment as you found it (no need to wash clothes or make beds) all lights and heaters off, no garbage and no dirty dishes (If you leave dirty dishes or garbage, you have to pay €20.00). - Bed linen and towels are included. - We provide for the first two days: dishwashing detergent; garbage bags; toilet paper; hand gel and salt. - We are not responsible for anything that happens outside the apartment and there is no compensation for external factors.
