The house is part of the original Bishop's house, built 1800. Very private and cozy, but also bright and light. It also has good heating / aircon in the main rooms. It offers 2 bedrooms, one with a super-comfortable superking-size double bed, and the other with two singles that can be reconfigured as a double bed on request. (Please note that the second bedroom is much smaller than the main bedroom and has no external window - bit it does have aircon/heating.) There is also a good size lounge/dining room area with comfortable seating for four. Outside the bright and airy kitchen is a private garden and terrace that is ideal for alfresco dining. Right on the doorstep of the house you will find the quaint old town of Tavira, bustling with wonderful sights, cafes and restaurants. Tavira has beautiful beaches, especially on Tavira island which is just a short ferry ride away through the natural water park of the Ria Formosa. Guest access Total house, terrace and garden.
