Guest will be provided with a receipt The space House Structure Milos Casa is a farm house of 3.5 acre of cultivated fields and about 0.5 acre of house facilities. Its history begins back in 1920 and during the last 2 years has been totally renovated, retaining its unique traditional old style features combined with modern amenities. The facility has a very playful feel and it consists of two main rooms which can be isolated from each other, an interior bathroom , an exterior kitchen and an exterior bathroom. The first room is used as a master bedroom (double bed inside), while the second one, can have multiple uses (2nd bedroom with a double bed or two singles ), depending on the number and needs of guests. In each of these rooms air conditioning is included. The W.C. has its own shower and can easily serve basic needs of our visitors, yet for those who prefer to enjoy their shower, while gazing the landscape, there is an exterior bathroom. An excellent combination of simplicity, elegance and comfort. A traditional “rustic” oven, which has been restored to a fully equipped kitchen,(oven, electric glass plates, gas BBQ , toaster, filter coffee machine, espresso pot)is right next to the main rooms with independent yard. The kitchen comes along with a wooden exterior table and a built-in six-person seat. An ideal spot for having breakfast, lunch or dinner. The courtyard of the place provides its guests with a beautiful and peaceful view of the fields, the dry river beneath the house and the sea sight on the horizon. Cool off spots For those who like to lay and swing there is a hammock at the lower garden. An exterior shower near the entrance of the main yard offers a cooling experience during the warm hours of the day. For those who really love to watch the sky a telescope is being provided for the starry summer nights. Mountain view and sea view (aprox800m) Extra Notice The one bedroom can become a living room with two relaxed sofas in case the guests would like to .This could be very useful during the not so warm months of the year such us April and May.
