You'll love our home because its close to the beach, family-friendly activities, golf. Our expansive comfortable home is ideally suited for families with kids, groups of couples and friends looking to chill and relax. We have recently renovated and refreshed walls, the kitchen, bathrooms and floors so it’s sparkling! Pets are welcome (outdoors only). Everything is included - WIFI, linen, towels, games, condiments, pool table, table tennis, basketball ring. The space Our comfortably large, single storey 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom beach house is great for family groups or 3-4 couples and located in quiet, residential Wombah Park. Recently renovated kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and painted!!! Whites Beach and The Sands Golf Course is a 5 minute walk, while Torquay main beach and town centre is either a 5 minute drive or easy 20-25 minute walk. With a huge enclosed backyard, basketball ring and covered BBQ area you’ll enjoy relaxing and catching the sea breeze. The kitchen is fully self contained and includes dishwasher, pod coffee machine, microwave, electric oven and electric stovetop. The dining area seats 10 people, while the covered outdoor verandah can accommodate up to 12 people and has a gas BBQ and charcoal BBQ. The living room has a flat screen Google Cast TV with Blu Ray/DVD player with USB hub, Ipod dock, board games, selection of DVDs and comfy sofas. Linen, towels, doonas, blankets and pillows provided. A welcome starter pack with coffee pods, tea, loo paper plus more will be there for you on arrival. Please note: no parties and no schoolies. Pets allowed outdoors only.
