This part of coast, known asnatural reservein the counts swamp (Padula Fede) is characterized by the green areas, the dunes and the natural lakes that enrich the landscape.Villa is within walking distance from a large natural lake, known as Cecita lake, where you can walk under the pine trees. Restaurants, bars and amenities at your fingertips The area is served by asupermarket,a smallbarand by the adjacent tourist complex Punta Grossa, with itsrestaurant, pizzeria, soccer and tennis fields and bowling alley. You can arrive at Torre Lapillo, Punta Prosciutto and San Pietro in Bevagna in a few minutes dive. The boardwalk that leads you to the beach The Villa hastwo entrances on the two main streets of the seaside town. One of the two, leads you to the beach, which is 50 meters far, by walking on the boardwalk. Villa has anoutdoor equipped space with sofas and tables where you can eat lunch and dinner, and its entirely fenced. The villa consists of an open space withliving room and open kitchenand then the hallway that leads you to the bed area:three bedrooms(two with king size bed and a twin bedroom) and a bathroom with shower. The Villa is perfect for families with children or for a group of friends, thanks to the proximity to the beach and the outdoor spaces and it can accommodate up to 7 guests. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 63 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Air conditioning in the bedrooms. - Not drinkable water. - Please note that upon arrival you are required to pay the deposit of 250 euros by credit card, cash or instant transfer. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, unless the damage is confirmed.
