This Warana beach house is the perfect group getaway for family holidays and trips with friends. Pickup your beach bag and head to Warana Beach or grab the bikes for a trip down to Point Cartwright. Come back for a BBQ lunch, swim and chill out in the backyard. With air-conditioning throughout, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms between the main house and the separate self contained granny flat, there is enough space for everyone (including furry friends) to enjoy quiet time or come together. The space This coastal abode is walking distance to the beach with plenty of beds and parking. It has large living areas, plenty of space to spread out, a pool, back yard space to play & enjoy games together, a fully equipped kitchen for easy cooking and the outdoor area has a BBQ, and comfortable dining table with seating for 8 that overlooks the pool and backyard area. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house sleeping a total of 7 guests (Master: 1 Queen bedroom, Bed 2: 2 x singles, Bed 3: 1double/single bunk) and 1 bathroom. Plus a granny flat that sleeps 2 with a king bed, bathroom, living and kitchen space. Main House Bedroom 1: A plush Queen sized bed with built-in wardrobe, AC unit and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 2: 2 plush single beds with built-in wardrobes, AC unit and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3: 1 bunk bed (single on top and double on the bottom), built-in wardrobes, AC unit and a ceiling fan. Granny Flat (bedroom 4): A plush King size bed, AC unit, a ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe as well as private en-suite with walk in shower, vanity and toilet. Plus a kitchen, living room with TV and sofa, dining table and an extra washing machine. This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form. *Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand.
