Eagle Bay Discovery Cottage

This self-contained air conditioned cottage is a few minutes' walk to the fabulous Eagle Bay beach and has all you need for a well priced holiday in the glorious South West. It's close to great wineries, restaurants, world renowned surfing spots and has some great fishing locations minutes away. It's suitable for a beach-side summer holiday or a cosy winter retreat. The house has reverse cycle air-conditioning, a wood burning heater and pedestal fans for the warmer nights. The space The open plan living area allows for relaxed conversations, watching the TV or chatting while getting the dinner together. The spacious veranda is great for outdoor meals and has a BBQ for those lovely summer nights. There are 3 bedrooms. The master has a queen size bed. A second queen bedroom has external and internal access. The third room has a bunk bed consisting of a double base and a single bed above and there is also a free standing single bed. All beds have doonas and pillows. Linen and towels are NOT supplied as standard but can be arranged at an extra cost. The new bathroom is spacious and there is another separate toilet. There is also an outdoor shower which runs off the rainwater tank. Guest access You have access to the entire property, except a locked garage. There is parking for 4 cars and access to park a boat. There is no fence between the western neighbour and our house and we ask you respect their boundary. Other things to note Linen and towels are not supplied but can be arranged.
