Lovely and bright 80sqm apartment located on the 1st floor of a building without lift. The accomodation features two terraces overlooking the sea and a balcony overlooking the main street of the town. The apartment is in an exceptional location with supermarkets, bars, restaurants and pharmacies within 400m. **Airport shuttle service from/to Catania Airport available upon request** ***Children under 5 years are not admitted to the apartment due to the presence of an internal staircase*** The space The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA: entrance hall with living room with a sofa, a dining area and a kitchen equipped with a hob, a fridge, a freezer, an oven, and a coffee machine. Direct access to a 14sqm terrace with a magnificent sea view and a balcony overlooking the street town. - BEDROOM: an internal iron staircase leads to a mezzanine bedroom with a queen bed and access to a 10sqm terrace with a table and a sun umbrella. - BATHROOM: Toilet with bidet and shower. Bath towels and bed linen available for all guests. FURTHER SERVICES ABAILALE TO GUESTS: TV, A/C with a split, iron and ironing board, heating with heat pump, hairdryer. The fireplace CANNOT be used. The presence of works in the surroundings of the accommodation Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax.
