The terrace on the Apennines

The house is located in Vocabolo Val di Caselle, it's the last corner of an ancient structure and it's facing the valley. Surrounded by greenery it’s a great place to relax yourself. History and nature allow to organize beatiful daily excursions The space The terrace on the Apennins is reachable by a small white road, it’s 1.5km far from the main road that drives from Apecchio to Serravalle in Carda. It’s connected by the main building but it’s its last side. You have peace and privacy. A small road takes to the fields and forest but it’s rarely used by the farmers. The house is composed by 3 floors: the apartment is about 80m2 divided on first and second floors + terrace 20m2 at first floor. Groundfloor is not yet renovated. Apecchio is Marche but it is at the border with Umbria and it’s a good place where to start daily excursions. Historical and cultural city centres like: Urbino/Gubbio/Assisi/Perugia/Città di Castello/etc . Beach and Adriatic sea 45 minutes driving. The lands of truffle: Apecchio ed Acqualagna. Natural highlights like: Furlo’s Gorge , Frasassi Caves, Monte Nerone, Monte Catria ( and its monastery), Monte Acuto, the water holes in Cagli where refresh yourself during summertime. Hiking, mountain bike, free climbing ( many places between Piobbico and Apecchio). Spring water not drinkable. House at exclusive use. Guest access Car is necessary. Other things to note During summertime 2 cows come to visit us. They are free in the surrounding fileds. It's an old house we renovated it and we use it often all around the year. It is not a structure born just to accodate turists.
