Fine finishes made by us with Istrian stone. 100 meters from the sea no private beach The space Located in the heart of the fishing village called Novigrad in Croatian, Cittanova in Italian, it is surrounded by the walls that protected the city in the Middle Ages. You will find a special atmosphere! The house has been recently restored, it has all the necessary amenities to spend a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, electric hob for cooking, pots, plates and various dishes, everything you need as at home. Air conditioning for the hottest nights and a heat pump for the mid-seasons Externally, there is a small space available for breakfast and a closet with a washing machine where you can park bicycles. Wi-Fi available in all rooms What do you need besides your suitcase? Beach towels, tablecloth, tea towels and a lot of curiosity, it will be an unforgettable holiday Guest access The apartment is at guests' complete disposal. The outdoor area available is the one near the house. We ask that access to the neighbor's house be left free. Other things to note Check-in after 3 p.m. unless otherwise agreed Check out by 9:30 a.m. to comply with the cleaning schedule for those who come after you. Parking is not included. The house is located in the historic center, a pedestrian area. You can unload your luggage near the house, but the car must then be taken outside the historic center.
