The space Our beautiful 3-acre countryside property is set on Berry Mountain, only a 10-minute drive into Kangaroo Valley & 15 minute drive into Berry townships. It is also only a 25-minute drive to the beach-patrolled Shoalhaven Heads and the beautiful 7-mile beach. The countryside property, with spectacular park-like gardens and amazing views, with a beautifully renovated house and furnishings includes 3 bedrooms (plus top quality queen sofa in huge private formal lounge), 2.5 bathrooms, a full-size tennis court, amazing pool heated swim spa, an internal wood fire-place, bbq and an entertainment room which includes a pool table, table tennis table and a 60-in-1 arcade game machine. In March 2018 we completed our extensive renovation on the house with new flooring, lighting, complete internal painting and brand new furniture and decor. You will find everything you need to make your stay luxuriously comfortable including hotel quality bed linen and towels (including pool towels). Our bathrooms have all towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, so no need to bring your own. Our kitchen is fully equipped, as we stay here ourselves when the property is not holiday-let. We also have a new Nespresso machine with a built-in milk steamer for your convenience. We have a fully equipped laundry with front-load washing machine and condenser dryer. The dining table seats up to 8 people and the family room has a wood fire-place, lounge setting which overlooks the spectacular gardens and a new Sony HD TV with access to login to your Netflix. The separate formal lounge room has a modular lounge with a quality queen size built-in sofa bed. The room also has a new Sony HD TV, with access to login to your Netflix account, a blu ray DVD player (including movies to watch) and a sitting area that overlooks the outdoor entertaining area and plunge pool swim spa – a good spot to read a book or play some board games or cards. This room has garden views from all 4 large windows to enjoy & a new air conditioner that cools & heats, blowing through to the main living spaces too. We have brand new Starlink satellite wifi for your convenience with super fast download & upload speeds. Our 3 bedrooms consist of a main with queen bed and ensuite, a double-bed room and a bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, built in wardrobes and beautiful garden views... block-out curtains should you wish to have a sleep-in. Our double garage has been converted into an entertainment games room with marine grade carpet flooring and multi-split air conditioner for comfort. If you are feeling active, we have provided tennis racquets and balls to use on the full-sized tennis court. It is a hardcourt surface surrounded by fencing and beautiful pine trees that act as a windbreak. We have also provided a cricket set, football, soccer ball, frisbee and a few other fun games to enjoy on the huge level lawns. The outdoor plunge pool swim spa is 4.5 metres by 2.3 metres and 1.3 metres deep, and can be used as a spa, plunge pool or to swim laps against the internal lap jets – it is safely secured by a pool fence, it is an amazing pool! The back of the house has an outdoor patio roof, beautiful outdoor lounge setting and a Ziggy BBQ which adjoins both the swim spa and the dining / kitchen area. The front of the house has a long deck that runs the length of the house where you can relax, overlooking the gardens and huge manicured lawns whilst watching the native birds playing in the trees.
