This 12th floor condo consists of an open plan living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a balcony and air conditioning. The living area includes a large corner sofa, coffee table, and a flat screen TV. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer, a microwave and breakfast bar. This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4, both have double beds and flat screen TVs. The master bedroom also has a dressing table and a desk providing work space. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen and towels are all included. Please Note: As this is a self-catering apartment and not a hotel, utilities are not included in the rental cost and will be charged on check out. A Security Deposit of 6,000 Baht is required on check-in, returnable on check-out.
