The space This spacious apartment managed by Central Hill Apartments, is located between the most central and exclusive avenue of Lisbon – Avenida da Liberdade (Liberty Avenue) and Principe Real, the trendiest location for food, beverages and shopping. You are within walking distance from all the main places to visit in Lisbon such as Avenida da Liberdade, Rossio, Baixa, Chiado, Principe Real, Bairro Alto, the São Jorge Castle and the picturesque neighborhood called Alfama. It´s a perfect location to enjoy the traditional daily life and the nightlife of the city! Forget taxis... you can walk everywhere! The 200 square meters apartment is on the 2nd floor of a very charming building from the beginning of the XIX century, with original ceiling stucco and fine old wooden floors, but no elevator. It features 7 bedrooms, one living and dining room with a small balcony and a fantastic view over Lisbon, 3 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, and are plenty of sunlight. Bedroom Preparations: - We will prepare separate beds for each guest selected in the reservation, up to the maximum number of available beds. Any additional guests will be expected to share the double beds. - Beds will be prepared in the following order: main beds first, followed by pull-out beds, and finally the sofa bed. Important Information: - This apartment is located in a very sensitive building where the rules must be followed at all times and the neighbors respected. - No loud noises or music during the day and silence at night (starting 10pm). - Parties, smoking and music speakers are strictly forbidden. - Air conditioning or central heating not provided (portable heaters and fans provided) - Due to its central location in the touristic area, you should expect some outside noise. - The building will undergo repairs from January to September 2025, primarily focusing on the façade. Please rest assured that these repairs will not affect the interior of your apartment, allowing you to stay comfortable during your visit. We will also make every effort to minimize noise disturbances to ensure our guests’ comfort. Self Check-in & Check-out: Check-in: starting at 16:00 Check-out: until 11:00 - This apartment offers a convenient Self-Check-in process - once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive the instructions to get your Access Code and perform the Self-Check-in. - On the day of your check-out, just ensure you exit the apartment until 11:00. Failure to leave the apartment before 11:00 will result in fines. - It’s not possible to store luggage at the apartment after check-out. Luggage pick-up service available (contact for more info) - Central Hill Apartments reserves the right to withhold the access code until all required procedures are completed by the guests. - In exceptional circumstances, an in-person check-in may be required, which, if conducted after 20:00, will incur a €30 late check-in fee. To avoid any last-minute complications, we strongly recommend completing all procedures in advance. Extra Guests: It’s not allowed to have more guests than the ones selected on your reservation. If there are more guests, an extra guest fee might be applied (35€ per person per night)- contact us for authorization and confirmation of the extra guest fee amount.
