Facilities also include indoor parking spaces, two passenger elevators and smoke & heat detectors in all units. North of Patong is more beautiful and a lot less busy than its southern part. There are usually fewer people in this area, more parking spaces, plenty of local food and fruit vendors to enjoy. Water is also bluer during the high season, and there are plenty of palm trees to offer shade. The Condo area is peaceful and quiet, yet many attractions and activities are just minutes away. The beach is within an easy 8-10 mins walk. Jungceylon shopping mall and Big C, night street markets, Patong boxing stadium, numerous local restaurants/cafes and the nightlife of Bangla Road are within 5 mins drive. Patong is full of attractions and embodies the typical Phuket lifestyle. Eat street food, visit top restaurants, swim off beautiful beaches, and dance in hip clubs.
