Charming country house 300 m from the beach

Small vacation home with lots of character built in 2014 on a pleasant wooded plot 300 m from the beach and 400 m from the village with all amenities. Functional and easy to live in on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the off season, we furnished it in the spirit of a 1960s seaside resort. An ideal place to recharge your batteries but also visit the Guérandaise Peninsula, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Ile-en-Mer (from La Turballe). The space We will be happy to entrust you with the keys to our vacation home. All the space will be at your exclusive disposal except for a part of the garage reserved for storing our personal belongings and the land that will be shared with the squirrels. It is in perfect condition, well insulated and well equipped. All bedding is of good quality. On the ground floor, a small bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a private bathroom with large walk-in shower. Separate and adjoining toilets. A living room with a beautiful and large farmhouse table three meters long, a small sofa and two rattan armchairs. Small flat-screen TV, DVD player with USB input, mini Bluetooth CD player. Free TV Box and Decoder (fiber). A functional kitchen area with dishwasher, fridge, induction stove, traditional oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, Dolcé Gusto coffee machine, fryer, waffle maker, pressure cooker, raclette machine and an incredible amount of other table and kitchen utensils. Finally, a large tiled laundry room with direct access to the outside where you will find a washing machine, dryer, freezer, bathtub with shower equipment (very convenient for returning from the beach!) and toilet. Access to the floor is either from the inside or via an external staircase. Upstairs, a first bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, a small wardrobe, an armchair and a desk. A second large "dormitory" bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, two 90 x 200 beds (or on request a very large 180 x 200 bed) and three dressers. Bathroom with sink, small shower cabin and toilet. Hot water by 300 L tank, wood heating with auxiliary convectors in all rooms. Outside, on sunny days, two large wooden tables with benches, three canvas deckchairs, a gas barbecue. No need for umbrellas, the trees will offer you infinitely more pleasant shade if you wish. Facing the house you will enjoy a beautifully wooded natural area of 1000 m². The front of the house is on a dirt road. Bakery, small supermarket, pharmacy, post office, PMU bar, tobacco-newspapers, tourist office open year-round around the market square located 500 m away. Two large weekly markets on Tuesdays and Fridays in summer (Fridays only off season). Guest access The entire place is at your disposal. Other things to note Rentals from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m. However, given the increasing demand, I am looking to gradually shift to a Sunday to Sunday periodicity. If you would like to come by train, especially from the Paris region (direct TGV Paris-La Baule Escoublac), please note that Uber now operates in La Baule. The house is 20 minutes from the train station.
