We only rent to families i.e. adults and children or smaller mature groups ** This lovely 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom holiday home is located in a quiet court nestled between the front and back beaches of Rye. It is only a short stroll to the renowned Rye Kitchen cafe (great for coffees and breakfast). The property features a solar heated swimming pool set in a beautiful natural garden with a built in BBQ that connects to the mains gas. You can relax and unwind in your own private outdoor undercover lounge area with large couches overlooking the pool. The living room has a large Smart TV, which opens to modern kitchen with dishwasher, pod coffee machine, microwave and a dining table for 6 people. The laundry has a washing machine and there's the bathroom with a separate toilet. There is also free WiFi. The property has air conditioning and ducted heating so you can be comfortable for a summer getaway or a winter escape. BEDROOM LAYOUT - SLEEPS 6 Master bedroom - queen sized bed 2nd bedroom - queen sized bed 3rd bedroom - 2 single beds. Well trained pets considered upon application. Please note, you will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. We have also provided a starter pack of toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tablets, bin liners, tea and sugar for your convenience, you will need to bring your own coffee. However, if your stay is longer you may need to bring or purchase more of these items.
