La Plagne "Chez Val" for 2 people

Located close to La Plagne ski resort with free shuttle access, this accommodation is perfect for friends or a couple looking for peace, wishing to enjoy downhill skiing and all the activities that can be found in a large area. Ski resort, but also snowshoeing in the forest, ski touring, hiking, or just the discovery of the region. The space Small apartment on the ground floor of an old house, typically Savoyard, close to the ski resort of La Plagne, which we live on the first floor. In a hamlet 1.5 kilometers from the ski slopes. Ideally located, halfway between the valley and the resort (about 10 kilometers on each side) You can benefit from preferential rates on the rental of your equipment with the possibility of leaving it at the end of the day in a secure place and recover it in the morning (partnership with the ski shop located at the first shuttle stop, from the slopes). * Access to the resort is direct by the chairlift located 5 minutes by car. 40 m2 approximately: - Entrance, large living room with 3 windows, hallway closed, large bathroom with shower, separate toilet, small separate room with window, bed 140 * 190. - Scheduled for 2 people. - Not suitable for young children, so we do not recommend it to families with small children. - Private parking by the road near the house for a car. - On the spot walks pedestrians, rackets ... (not marked) - Restaurant, bar, and ski shop at the start of the chairlift at 1.5 km. - Shops and gasoline at the bottom of the valley at your arrival (Leclerc, Casino, Decathlon, foirfouille, etc ...). ATTENTION no shops on site. We strongly advise you to plan your refueling for several days before starting the climb on La Plagne. On the other hand, you will find very good honey and specialties with snails in a neighbor, who is also a potter :) - You can store your skis and equipment in a shack with padlock in front of the car park. - Fully equipped: large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, Senseo coffee machine, manual coffee maker, large electric oven, toaster, microwave oven, raclette, kettle, washing machine, hair dryer, TV flat screen (TNT), large closets in the room and in the entrance, basic products. The bed and sofa bed are equipped with mattress protectors, warm duvets (220 * 240) and pillows with pillow protectors. - Wireless. - Non smoking apartment (but we can smoke outside ...). - We do not accept animals. - No loud parties. The neighborhood is quiet, it must remain so :) ATTENTION only on request and with supplement: - Bed linen (duvet cover, fitted sheet, pillowcases) and towels: + 30 euros for 2 people and a bed. We will ask you a deposit of 250 euros on your arrival which will be returned to you after checking the condition of the apartment. We can send you additional photos or more details on request. Do not hesitate to contact us ! Guest access You will enjoy the apartment, a place to park your car, and a cabin with padlock to store your skis. In the spring if the snow has melted, you can sit outside in front of your entrance. We put in this case a small table and chairs at your disposal. Other things to note We have a partnership with the ski shop, located at the start of the chairlift La Roche: preferential rates on the rental of equipment with the possibility of leaving it at the end of the day and recover it in the morning at the store located at the first shuttle stop, at departure tracks. You only move in boots, and nothing to wear :)
