Explore the city with ease - the nearest metro stop is a 2-minute walk away - and the neighborhood is safe, ideal for families. In the apartment there are two private small balconies looking at the S.Giovanni Basilica :-) We wish you a wonderful stay! The space Our apartment is located in the San Giovanni district, 2 minutes walk from the metro station and just 15 minutes walk from the Colosseum! It consists of two bedrooms and is therefore ideal for families. The living room is the heart of the house; it is a spacious and welcoming space, where you can feel at home and relax on the sofa watching the TV at your disposal, in the evening or at any time of the day. The TV is Smart and is equipped with a stereo system and an Xbox with which you can have fun with your friends or family! From the hall you can access the two private balconies from which you can admire the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano! The master bedroom is spacious and bright with a large window, a TV with built-in DVD player and a comfortable double bed and a pouf that can become a single bed. The second bedroom has a double sofa bed and a pouf that can seat a single bed. All beds are made with soft, clean linens to ensure you rest well! You will find enough space at your disposal to store your clothes and personal items. Our spacious bathroom is the perfect place to relax and take care of yourself, with a regenerating shower in the morning or in the evening, the shower is also a hydromassage! In the apartment there is also a half bathroom. You will find a basic supply of cleansers and shampoos. If cooking is your passion, you will find everything you need to experiment with local recipes or prepare your favorite breakfast. The kitchen equipment is complete and simple to use. Upon your arrival you will find my home professionally cleaned. Guest access The apartment is at your complete disposal. It will be professionally cleaned and provided with clean linens prior to your arrival. Other things to note !! PLEASE CAREFULLY READ AND CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL: - please inform us the soonest you can about your expected arrival time at the apartment; - check in time is 3pm - 8pm; the arrival time must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise your desired check in time may not be guaranteed; - CHECK IN PROCEDURE > all the guests will be required to present a valid identity document upon the arrival to be registered to the Italian security authorities, as required by the current legislation regarding short stays (also minors); each guest is required to sign a short term rental contract (possibly before the arrival in electronic format); - please respect the other neighbors (do not make noise between 10pm and 8am); - according to the Italian law in Rome the tourist city tax is € 6,00 per person per night, applied for the first 10 nights (children under 10 years old are exempt); the amount is collected by Airbnb with the booking payment; - extra cost will be charged on guests if the flat will be found at the check out in particularly dirty and untidy conditions; - for each stay the apartment is equipped with a BASIC supply as follows: bed linen (sheets, pillowcases and blankets for each bed - preparation of sofa/armchair beds or additional beds on request before the arrival); bathroom linen (one face towel and one bath/shower towel per guest); personal care detergents (one single-dose soap and one bar of soap per guest); toilet paper (two rolls for each bathroom); - it is not possible to wash the linen provided on the arrival at home - the cost for each damaged piece will be charged if this happens; for stays exceeding 6 nights there is an extra cost for linen change based on the number of guests and occupied beds; - baby cot available on request (linen not provided).
