Apartment/terrace in Vila Chã 150 m from the beach

The apartment is a 3-minute walk from "Congreira" beach, and has a total area of 92 m². It has a terrace with unobstructed sea views. It's on the top floor (2nd). There's no elevator. Vila Chã is a very quiet fishing and rural village. It has the necessary support for you to have a good stay, such as restaurants, grocery stores, mini markets, fish caught by local fishermen, etc. 3 km away there is a shopping area "V.Conde Outlet fashion", with a supermarket and the Metro station. The space Spacious apartment with lots of natural light and an area of 92 m² with 60 m² of covered area and 32m² of private terrace. It is a good support center to visit cities other than Porto and Povoa do Varzim so I recommend car hire... Outside: It has a large private terrace with free sea views, with chairs and bed/hammocks, dining table with chairs for 4 people and a barbecue grill . In the countryside: Sala - It has a bed sofa that converts to 2 single beds, snooker dining/billiards table, air conditioning and heat recovery. Bedroom - It has a large double bed and a wardrobe . Bed linens. Kitchen - It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, frogorifico and kitchen utensils. Laundry - Laundry with washing machine, hot water heater, iron and iron. Bathroom - It has a bathtub , toilet and bidet, towels and a hairdryer. It also has beach towels. Garagem - The apartment has an individual garage that I can give free of charge as per previous request. The parking lots on the street are free. There are two simple bicycles that can be used for free. Portuguese Television and Satellite TV. The apartment is located on the top floor (2nd), with no elevator and has maximum capacity for 4 people. Price presented based on 2 people to 3rd and 4th people will have an additional cost. At the time of booking, please mention the number of certain people who will be in the apartment. Vila Chã is not a tourist village being a fishing/rural village, with all the necessary supports to have a good stay , such as restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, fish auction, etc The nearest beach is at the end of the street, a 1-minute walk away. From the beach, there is a long wooden walkway that leads you to the village of "Árvore" (north) and to "Leça da Palmeira" (south). Vila Chã has access to the A28 and EN 13 motorway that takes you to important cities in the north of the country, which I advise to visit, such as: Porto, Braga, Guimarães, Barcelos Viana do Castelo, Ponte de Lima, Natural Park Serra do Gerés, etc., where I advise the rental of a vehicle. About 3 kms (3 kms) has a shopping area with a large supermecade and clothing stores in outlet and restaurants as well as a "Modivas Norte/outlet station" Metro station destined to the city of Porto and connected to the Airport, as well as to other cities ( Matosinhos, Maia, Gaia, Gondomar, Vila do Conde, Povoa do Varzim). In Vila Chã, there is a small public transport network called "UNIR" that takes you to the "Mindelo" or "Árvore" Metro station, where you can take the "Metro do Porto" to the cities of Porto, Vila do Conde, and Povoa do Varzim, as well as to the airport. I do not recommend renting the apartment to people with mobility issues or who are sensitive to sounds such as seagulls or other domestic animals. Guest access You can use the entire apartment and the individual terrace as well as enjoy the individual garage and bicycles for free with prior notice. The responsibility for the bicycles is yours, since their use is free and they have no insurance. Other things to note Notas: -Atualmente ( desde Agosto até 15 de Setembro 2026 decorrem obras nos telhados o que poderá causar algum barulho. No entanto as obras não impedem a utilização do terraço e apartamento. - Como as fotos ainda nao foram alteradas informo que todo o apartamento foi pintado daí que poderão notar diferença nas cores do mesmo assim como do terraço. - No preço está incluído 6% IVA. - O preço apresentado é para 2 pessoas. Pessoas extras tem um acréscimo. - Limpeza no Início e fim da estadia por conta do proprietário. -A partir de 1/6/2024 a CMVC criou uma taxa turistica no valor de 1,00€ por hospede e noite no máximo de 14 noites seguidas e por pessoa com idade superior a 16 anos. Independentemente do seu local de residencia. Será paga pelo hóspede no checkin. - Providencio o transporte do Aeroporto até ao apartamento, com custos, conforme a minha disponibilidade. - Danos - Será responsável por danos causados ao edifício ou apartamento durante a sua estadia - O acesso à internet é somente por wifi pois é partilhada...dá para navegar perfeitamente, ver e-mails e videos... -Devido à orientação solar a partir de fins de Setembro até meio de Março há pouco sol no terraço. - Se as datas que necessita não estão disponíveis na totalidade, tenho outras opções na cidade do Porto: Como este anúncio foi colocado em 2017 e tem poucos comentários, abaixo menciono alguns comentários de hospedes que estiveram no apartamento: "Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis par Carlos dans un appartement très propre et très bien équipé. Carlos picked us up from the Airport even at 11.00pm and was very friendly to show us the village and the appartment. He gave us several recommends of Restaurants and Citys to visit! The contact via Mail was no Problem during our stay. There are several Shops and nice Snack bars/Restaurants around the Corner were we had very tasty fresh fish and meat. The village is calm and in April the beach is nearly empty. The close way to the Airport and the Metro Station (by taxi 5 min or on foot 40 minutes) to Porto City is very helpfull! There is a minisupermarket just around the Corner where you can buy the most important things. The Shopping Center is a good Option for rainy days! We enjoyed our time at the Apartment and are thankful for this nice stay!" "We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. The apartment is a real home from home with everything thought of to make your stay welcoming and comfortable. The terrace is spectacular, a view you could never tire of, we watched the fabulous sun sets and even sat through a short lightening storm! Our first trip to Portugal but we will definitely go back, hopefully to Carlos' fabulous apartment. The village is beautiful and the locals are very welcoming and friendly, a short walk to our café for morning coffee at only 1.50 Euro's for both of us! Carlos is a fabulous host (even collecting us from the airport), sharing his vast knowledge about the area and travel details for visiting the surrounding areas.
