Apartment/terrace in Vila Chã 150 m from the beach

The apartment is 3 min walk to the beach " Congreira" and has a total area of 92m². It has a terrace with unobstructed sea views. It's on the top floor (2nd). There is no elevator. Vila Chã is a very quiet fishing village. It has the necessary support to make you have a good stay, such as restaurants, grocery stores, mini markets, fish crowded by local fishermen etc. 3kms has a shopping area "V.Conde Outlet fashion", with a supermarket and the Metro station. The space Spacious apartment with lots of natural light and an area of 92 m² with 60 m² of indoor area and 32m² of private terrace. It is a good support center to visit cities other than Porto and Povoa do Varzim so I recommend car hire... Outside: It has a large private terrace with free sea views, with chairs and bed/hammocks, dining table with chairs for 4 people and a barbecue grill . In the countryside: Sala - It has a bed sofa that converts to 2 single beds, snooker dining/billiards table, air conditioning and heat recovery. Bedroom - It has a large double bed and a wardrobe . Bed linens. Kitchen - It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, frogorifico and kitchen utensils. Laundry - Laundry with washing machine, hot water heater, iron and iron. Bathroom - It has a bathtub , toilet and bidet, towels and a hairdryer. It also has beach towels. Garagem - The apartment has an individual garage that I will be able to give free of charge upon prior request. The parking lots on the street are free. There are two simple bicycles that can be used free of charge. Portuguese Television and Satellite TV. The apartment is located on the top floor (2nd), with no elevator and has maximum capacity for 4 people. Presented price based on 2 people to 3rd and 4th people will have an additional cost. At the time of booking, please mention the number of certain people who will be in the apartment. Vila Chã is not a tourist village, but a fishing/rural village, with all the necessary support for a good stay, such as restaurants, grocery stores, mini-markets, pharmacies, fish market, etc. The nearest beach is at the end of the street, a 1-minute walk with a blue flag and a long walkway that leads you to the Vila de "Árvore" (north) and to "Leça da Palmeira" (south). Vila Chã has access to the A28 and EN 13 highways that take you to important cities in the North of the country, which I recommend visiting, such as: Porto, Braga, Guimarães, Barcelos, Viana do Castelo, Ponte de Lima, Serra do Gerés Natural Park, etc. Therefore, I recommend renting a car. About 3 kms (3 kms) has a shopping area with a large supermecade and clothing stores in outlet and restaurants as well as a "Modivas Norte/outlet station" station station for Porto city center and connected to the Airport, as well as to other cities ( Matosinhos, Maia, Gaia, Gondomar, Vila do Conde, Povoa do Varzim). Vila Chã has a small public transport network that takes you to the Metro station of "Mindelo" or "Tree" where you can catch the "Porto Metro" that takes you to the cities of Porto, Vila do Conde and Povoa do Varzim and airport. Guest access You can use the entire apartment and individual terrace as well as enjoy the individual garage and bicycles free of charge with prior notice. The contact via Mail was no Problem during our stay. There are several Shops and nice Snack bars/Restaurants around the Corner were we had very tasty fresh fish and meat. The village is calm and in April the beach is nearly empty. The close way to the Airport and the Metro Station (by taxi 5 min or on foot 40 minutes) to Porto City is very helpfull! There is a minisupermarket just around the Corner where you can buy the most important things. The Shopping Center is a good Option for rainy days! We enjoyed our time at the Apartment and are thankful for this nice stay!" "We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. The apartment is a real home from home with everything thought of to make your stay welcoming and comfortable. The terrace is spectacular, a view you could never tire of, we watched the fabulous sun sets and even sat through a short lightening storm! Our first trip to Portugal but we will definitely go back, hopefully to Carlos' fabulous apartment. The village is beautiful and the locals are very welcoming and friendly, a short walk to our café for morning coffee at only 1.50 Euro's for both of us! Carlos is a fabulous host (even collecting us from the airport), sharing his vast knowledge about the area and travel details for visiting the surrounding areas.
