Equipment and furniture of excellent quality, since recently also with fiber optic wifi. The village is 2 mins. by car, or 10 mins. by foot away. It has more than a dozen bars and fish / seafood restaurants, some with DJs and live music. Very safe and secure. The beaches are long, never-ending or small, secluded ones, some of the best that Portugal has to offer. Guest access Villa rented on a weekly basis. Can rent more than 1 week at a time. Minimum stay is 5 nights. The guests are able to use the entire house and all the spaces around it. For stays longer than 1 week, maid service is provided once per week (clean house / change bed linen), which is included in the rate. Other things to note The owner assumes no liability for any accidents. It is forbidden to invite additional guests and / or make parties in the house.
