Inside, the lodge has been thoughtfully renovated to reflect its surroundings, with open-plan living, contemporary furnishings, and large bi-fold doors that flood the space with natural light and lead out to your private deck. It's the perfect place to fire up the BBQ, watch the sunset over the lake, or soak in your very own hot tub as the water glistens in the background. Located on Spring Lake in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park, the lodge enjoys an unbeatable position. With 150 lakes to explore in an area the size of Jersey, it’s one of Gloucestershire’s best-kept secrets. Whether you're into paddleboarding, sailing, fishing, wildlife watching, or simply relaxing lakeside, there’s something here for everyone. Better still, you’re just steps away from a family-friendly lakeside bar and brasserie, a gym, and a fantastic children’s play area—making this a perfect spot for couples, families, or groups of friends looking for both adventure and relaxation. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with a 5' bed and full length window overlooking the lake, allowing you the same stunning views. There are two further twin/double bedrooms with 5' zip and link beds and a family bathroom. Extra care has been taken for families, and you will find lots of special touches around the house if you are planning on taking the little ones. THE LAYOUT Ground floor: Open plan living space with sitting and dining areas seating six. Bifold doors open out onto a private deck with superb lake views. A U-shaped kitchen with breakfast bar and stools is set slightly apart from the living area. Shower room with WC. First floor: Master bedroom with 5′ king size bed, wardrobe and a pretty Juliette balcony with amazing views over the lake. There is also room for a cot. Other things to note The property is based on a lakeside and also has a covered hot tub in the deck, please ensure children are supervised at all times Please note: Lapwing Lake Lodge is situated on a water ski lake and watersport sessions can start at 9am and end at 7.50pm during high season.
