Pet Friendly Lakeland Cottage

This beautiful, traditional lakeland slate cottage is located in the centre of Bowness village and only a 5 min walk to the shores of Lake Windermere and all local amenities , such as restaurants, pubs and shops. A pet friendly cottage, with ample walks which can be started direct from the cottage and easy access to nearby lakes and villages. The space This two bedroom cottage consists of one spacious double and one twin room, plus a recently refitted luxury bathroom. Downstairs, there is a spacious, lounge with gas stove, HD/LCD TV with SKY and DVD player and an iPod/iPhone docking system and French doors leading out onto a sunny, secure patio with decking. Next to the lounge is a fully equipped, modern kitchen, with electric Neff oven and gas hob, an egg dishwasher and Stoves Under counter fridge and separate freezer, this leads down into a sunny breakfast room where pet crates and outdoor/walking clobber can be stored. There is also a formal dining room to the front of the cottage. The cottage is ideally located in the centre of Bowness and has a parking permit for free parking. FREE Wi-fi. We do welcome up to two pets. Guest access Guests have full use of the cottage during their stay. There is a washer/dryer in the lower kitchen as well as an area to hang wet clothes. There is easy access to the rear of the cottage, especially when returning from a dog walk. Other things to note Although this is a pet friendly cottage we do ask for hygiene that guests do not leave their pets into the bedrooms or unattended in the cottage at any time. We welcome up to two pets. There is a split landing at the top of staircase, handrail is in place. One parking permit available which allows guests to park on the road outside the cottage and two neighbouring streets. Additional non permit parking is available nearby.
