Sunny and family-friendly Beach House on Seabrae at Pottsville Beach is a lovely relaxed 'Beach styled' quality home. 1 min walk from your front door to the top of the street and you have access to Pottsville's pristine unspoilt Beach and Estuary. PETS: Back area is pet friendly and fenced Pets must be kept downstairs and not on furniture. We do supple a dog bed, bowls, towels and toys for their enjoyment. A pet stay tariff payment of $80 per stay is applicable The space THE SPACE: The duplex private styled home has 3 bedrooms located UPSTAIRS: The main bedroom boasts a solid timber Asian King Size bed, air-conditioning, polished timber floors, plantation style ceiling fan and shutters opening onto a relaxing private balcony to capture the sea breeze and the sounds of the surf to remind you how close you are to the beach. The second bedroom has a double bed with a quality 'Sleeping Duck' firm mattress. For those that appreciate a good night's sleep, a Sleeping Duck mattress is ideal! The third bedroom includes a single bed with a pullout trundle. ALL bedrooms have ceiling fans and timber flooring which creates a cooling and relaxing atmosphere. PORT-A-COT is available at no extra charge for your baby or toddler (2 years or under). BABY GATES are available to keep your toddler or pet safe from the stairs - they can be found in the bedroom cupboard and garage and can be installed easily The main bathroom is upstairs and has a good size bath (and shower). There is also a second toilet and shower downstairs. Fully tiled open plan living is downstairs and opens out to the undercover patio areas both front and back. There are 2 outdoor entertaining areas. The back has a BBQ, while the front has a timber deck where you can sit back and relax. Both outdoor areas have an outdoor table setting. The kitchen has recently been totally renovated (May 2019) and is equipped with all modern appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine. But keep in mind there are some lovely restaurants to choose from that are just a 5-10 minute walk from your 'Beach House'. A large separate laundry with a good size washing machine. Guest access There is a good size library of BOOKS for both adults and children to choose from to enjoy, and also a large selection of board games as well as a variety of DVD's and CD's to sit back and enjoy. Bring a book, take a book with our unique swap and share library of books for all ages. BIKES for adults and children - there are some fantastic bike tracks to explore Pottsville on. One is at the nearby Wetlands (just located 1 minute bike ride from the house -behind the bowls club) and another one that goes all the way to Kingscliff if you're feeling energetic! YOGA MAT and tv access to YouTube or USB for great yoga sessions FISHING RODS AND TACKLE, BODY BOARDS, BEACH UMBRELLA and BEACH TOYS including Cricket Set & Balls, Large collection of BOARD GAMES - There's also enough toys to keep the children entertained for the whole holiday. And enough TOYS to keep the children entertained for the whole holiday and will provide this holiday with lifelong memories of 'old fashion family fun together'.
