We offer our large 84 m2 3-bedroom apartment, quiet and bright, located in a large typical chalet. Its location is privileged in a very quiet and very wooded area, 100 m from shops. In winter, you will be 150 m from the slopes (return skis on your feet 30 meters away depending on snow) and close to a large snow field for games. In summer, you will be a stone's throw from children's playgrounds, ping pong tables, tennis courts, climbing wall and heated pool July-August!! The space The apartment is modernly furnished, while maintaining a mountain chalet feel, with a large living room as well as 3 spacious bedrooms. In addition to its interior comfort, the apartment has a beautiful terrace that we have equipped with a beautiful solid wood table, an umbrella and sun loungers, as well as a barbecue. Everything you need to enjoy the mountain atmosphere and the view of the peaks with family or friends, whether for breakfast, an aperitif after skiing or hiking, or for good outdoor meals! :) It is also possible to have a large 30 m2 closed garage, although parking in front of the chalet is very easy. This can be useful to avoid snow removal from the car! ;) It is possible to provide linens and toilet kits, a service to be ordered from the concierge in charge of the accommodation. Apartment description: The 84 m2 T4 apartment, located on the ground floor, sleeps 8. It is composed of: • a large living room of 36 m2 including living room (sofa, 107 cm TV, DVD/Blu-ray player, wifi) and equipped kitchen (large fridge, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine...) • 3 bedrooms, each with large window and closet: 1 master bedroom with 140 x 190 cm bed and adjoining bathroom (shower and sink) 1 bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90 x 190 cm and 2 beds 80 x 200 cm (convertible into a 160 x 200 cm bed) • 1 bathroom with bathtub and sink (washing machine, hairdryer) • 1 separate toilet Exteriors: • 1 large terrace of 56 m2 with beautiful views of the mountains, solid wood picnic table and barbecue • Covered and closed garage of 30 m2 with direct access to the road • Very practical: ski room, with private ski locker, locked, with direct access to the outside. Please note: out of season, i.e. from September 1 to December 1 and from April 2 to June 30, the Ax 3 Domaines resort is closed. There are therefore no shops or entertainment near the apartment.
