The property is located at Tema community 3 Neighbourhood in a quiet and serein environment. The Tema communities 1 - 12, the Tema Harbour, the Junction mall and the spintex community which are some of Accra's most vibrant areas for night life are all within 20 minutes reach. The property has high walls and gated with a very spacious compound for your car parking etc. It's a 2 bedroom fully furnished house. Guest will also have access to the host 24 hours who will attend to all your needs. The space The first thing that catches your attention as you enter the compound is the super large porch which is beutifuly and colorfully setup for your relaxation and even to host your guest or even a small party. It has a large living room, amongst many fixtures and fittings is a super large Tv, with all the latest facilities you will usually expect from a smart tv. The living room Tv is equipped with Netflix and all free to air channels. Connections are already provided for you to connect your USB drive/HDMI gadget if need be. The living room also boost a state of the art Hifi sound systems for your enjoyment if you are an audiophile. The property is a self catering accommodation. In light of this, is the large kitchen fully equipped to meet all your catering needs. Microwave, washing machine, american double door fridge freezer, kettle, toster, blender, rice cooker, oven, grill etc are all available. There are 4x parking space for cars to park. There is a water reservoir to keep you going when the main water supply isnt flowing. The living room, the dinning/corridor areas, both bedrooms and kitchen areas are all air conditioned to enhance your stay. Thats 4x air condition in a two bedrrom house. The propety is fitted with an electric pre-paid meter which will be loaded with Ghc20 cedis credit per day for the total duration of your stay. The guest will be responsible for buying more credit as required. The on-site caretaker will assist with this. Typical example: Guest stays for 10 nights. Total prepaid given as at check in will be: 20cedis worth of prepaid credits x 10 nights = Ghc200. Hence for a 10 nights stay, guest will be entitled to Ghc200 worth of prepaid. For the majority of our guest this is by far more than needed. There is also the availability of free internet. Guest access Guest has access to all rooms and entire compound. Other things to note Guests are open to many nearby shops, gym, towns and many more other public amenities. Tema Harbour is only 5 minutes away So is Tema Community 2 and 1. Good roads all round.
