Travel cots, bed sides and high chairs provided if requested. There is a high speed fibre WiFi . Main bathroom comprises of a 4 person sauna (additional cost, dependingon usage), large bath. Modern kitchen complete with 3 neff ovens, hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and neff build in Coffee Machine . The house has a large amount of kitchen wares. All the showers are new, walk in wet room type. The dining area has a long table suit 8 and we have an additional table to cater for an additional 8. The table in the kitchen can also be extended which can accommodate another 8. The living area has a smart and cable TV and a piano. Externally, favourite place is just outside the front door. It has a seating area, views of the sun rise over the sea, acres of trees of mount usher and at night the lights of Wicklow town. There are other gardens and seating areas all exclusively for you the guests. The garden has a limestone patio with BBQ area to the side, ample seating to relax with alfresco dining. The gardens also include astro/all weather pitch and mature fruit trees, herbs and colourful blossoming gardens. You can even create your own access to a 20 +acre woods at the rear. The gardens have many different seating areas in the front, patio, natural grass area, all with stunning views, perfect with a good book, glass of wine or just relax. The garden has multiple play areas for the younger guests. The bedrooms in the house are very big. Lots of space. Three bedrooms have tables and chairs. The heating system is geothermal for comfortable heating all the time. Water is pressurised for all showers. The house is perfect for extended families. The house has 5 double and 6 single beds. Tinakilly house is 20 to 25 minute walk which is a beautiful 4 star hotel and wedding venue. Taxi or cabs are also available. The house is also convenient for wedding guests of Trudder lodge. The house has 3 doors. The front entrance has steps. The side entrance has one step and entrance from Astro is a half a step. You can go from car park area to astro and side entrance easily. The front door seating area which is most peoples favourite due to the sea view, sunrise and lights of neighbouring towns. It does not have steps from from front door but has steps from car park area. Guest access Full exclusive access to all spaces. Gardens are not shared with other guests. Other things to note Sauna is available with an additional cost. In Ireland, new regulations are implemented from Jan 2023 re holiday homes. We have a limit on the number of nights available for tourist use. We can provide the same facilities for those looking for corporate or excutive lets. The number of nights available per year are unlimited. For this reason, I can provide a special offer for accommodation for this purpose. Ashford also has a nice public park for picnics and a playground for mixed ages. The park also has a public gym area. Shopping is also great, Dundrum for all the major stores, it is said that its Irelands best and biggest shopping centre, Ashford also has some boutique shops. Gorey is the best town in Ireland to find lots of ladies boutiques which is 25 minutes away. You will also find some nice boutiques in Greystones and you also must visit Avoca. We are lucky to have the Avoca cafe and shop in Ashford village but a larger Avoca handweavers is in Kilmacanogue and it has clothes, food, restaurant, cafe and so much more. The Happy pear is also nearby and is a famous place to eat some healthy vegetarian food in Greystones. Lots of local shops and restaurants deliver food. The local centra shop is within walking distance always well stocked and also the pharmacy welcome your custom. The house location has a selection of very nice rural quite walks. Information available on check in. Day trips The house is near the motorway so day trips could be possible. I would also recommend day trips to places like Waterford, Kilkenny, Belfast and Boyne valley in Meath and Japanese gardens in Kildare and of course Dublin city which has lots of places that you must visit. They are all within two hours from this ideal touring location. Dublin city and airport is within 40 minutes drive. Many of our guests have also done the cliffs of moher as a day trip. We have lots of recommendations for places to eat, some are walking distance, some deliver food and some in Wicklow town, Greystones, Bray, Kilmacanogue and Laragh and even Dublin city. Films Ashford is obviously well known for the home of Ashford Studios recently filmed the Vikings. Wicklow has attracted many other well known films for the amazing sceneries, such as Braveheart, Exalibur, Veronica Guerin, PS I Love you and so many more. Golf This house is also close to many Golf courses, Wicklow, Glen mill, Druid glen, Powercourt, Brittas to name a few. Spa Wicklow has many spas if you would like to be pampered. Two hair dressers within walking distance. Some of the best spa's include powercourt Espa, Rainforest Summerhill, Well Macreddin. Wicklow town and Bray have the best beauticians Eden and Carrigg.
