Just a 5 minute stroll to the centre of historic Stratford with all its delights of restaurants, shops, theatre and Shakespeare attractions. If you prefer to stretch your legs the beautiful walks of the rolling Cotswolds are in easy reach. The accommodation benefits from two free parking permits. The space Once through the front door of West Street you will find a house that has been completely refurbished to the very highest standard. The kitchen is a true delight, equipped with every utensil that any master chef might think of. Fellow guests can relax in the large corner sofa sipping a glass of Prosecco from the welcome hamper and then glide seamlessly to the beautiful oak table to enjoy family meals. When the weather permits the bifold doors can be opened out to enjoy the terrace and garden. There is a large tower in the private garden more befitting the folly of a country estate. Garden furniture is provided for outdoor dining when you can. There are two beautifully appointed sitting rooms one with large screen TV linked to Netflix, the second a quiet space to plan adventures for your stay or just chat and relax away from everyday hectic life. In addition there is a guest toilet and utility room. Take a bag of popcorn down to the games and cinema room where there is a PS3 console and large wall mounted TV where you can sit back and enjoy a movie, plenty of bean bags are provided. On the first floor are three large bedrooms the master with super kingsize bed and stunning oak topped furniture. The second is a kingsize and the third can be either twin beds or zipped together to make a super kingsize. There is a beautiful family bathroom, either soak in the roll top bath or enjoy the rainwater effect walk-in shower. In addition to the bathroom there is a separate toilet. Stairs rise to the final bedroom suite with a further super kingsize bed and separate shower room. All bedrooms have hairdryers and guest toiletries are provided along with towels. Please note that we do not accept hen or stag parties. It is a quiet residential area and we wish to respect our neighbours. Guest access The entire house and garden are provided for your enjoyment. There is no access to the Tower in the garden. Other things to note Please note that the fire places are not working and fires are not permitted anywhere. The tower is kept locked and there is no guest access. The stairs to the games room are narrow. Finally it is not suitable for stag or hen parties. It is a quiet residential area and not for loud gatherings.
