The house is only 70 meters from the sea, and 950 meters from the first free/equipped sand beach (Isla de Paz beach). The road that runs along the house ends right behind the house, with limited car traffic to the very few locals for the benefit of total relaxation. The sea in front of the house is swimmable, low cliff-type at sea level, very practical and accessible even to the smallest, with rocks not at all imperative with stretches of gravel. If you want, we reach the sea through an underpass, without having to cross the main street. Very useful for those with children in tow.
