The bright and airy living room offers a great place to relax after a day exploring the city. It has a comfortable sofa bed that turns into 2 single beds and a fully renovated and equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare homemade meals. The bathroom is also complete with all the necessary amenities. PLEASE NOTE IMPORTANT INFORMATION !! * The maximum capacity of the accommodation is 4 people (including children and babies). We reserve the right to refuse entry to the premises or to request an additional fee of €50 per day per person if we find that this rule is not respected. * Zero tolerance policy applies to smokers in the property. If our staff discovers a trace of violation of this rule (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge you a smoking fee of at least €300. You can smoke only outside, avoiding throwing your butts in the garden. * Our animal friends are not allowed in this accommodation, we reserve the right to charge you a cleaning fee of at least €300 if this is not respected. * We do not allow parties or evening gatherings. The apartment is located in a quiet and residential building, we ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and the co-ownership regulations. No noise after 10pm. If we have an alert about this, you will have to leave immediately without any compensation from us. * We can welcome you between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. in person, after 8 p.m. check-in will be done independently via a key box located nearby (details on the day of your arrival by message). Of course, if the schedule and our availability allow us, we can hand over the keys earlier on the day of your arrival and later on the day of your departure (maximum 12 p.m.). * On your departure, please tidy up the kitchen (dishes done and put away, garbage cans thrown away, cupboards and refrigerator must be emptied (for hygiene reasons we do not keep anything).
