The Manticus 1 Uan is a 70 sqm apartment with a kitchen, dishwasher, oven, musical hydromassage shower, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, private parking, barbecue and garden table. Located between Verona 10 km and Lake Garda 13 km, opposite the Valpolicella wine area 9 km and Monte Baldo and Lessinia Natural Park. The space The MANTICUS 1-Uan is located on the raised ground floor and has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, oven and Moka coffee maker for Italian espresso. The essentials are available. The bathroom has a musical hydromassage shower with LED lights, a hairdryer, and is stocked with bath foam, shampoo, and towels. Washing machine, detergent, softener, ironing board and iron are available. For your rest, the Bamboo Bedroom is a double bedroom with a fiber optic lamp and a canopy of our creation in bamboo and hemp. The Blu Bedroom has two single beds and a decorative bamboo loft with several photo murals. The 5th bed is located in a corner of the living room and is decorated with a Jazz-Blues theme.
