The "casetta di Assisi" is a traditional residence of historical and artistic interest with the characteristic of being an independent house, but not isolated, which allows you to enjoy the tranquility of the green hills of Assisi and, at the same time, to easily reach the most important Umbrian tourist attractions (Assisi, Perugia, Montefalco, Gubbio, Lake Trasimeno, etc.). Recently renovated and carefully furnished, respecting the characteristics of the old house, the accommodation includes on the ground floor a large living room with a large antique fireplace and sofa bed (single), a double bedroom with a charming balcony, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub; on the first floor a double bedroom, a single bedroom and an additional bathroom with shower. The property is completed by a rustic tavern (where you will find wood for the fireplace and garden furniture) and an independent double room with bathroom (green door in the main photo; available for more than five guests). The house is surrounded by a large fenced garden from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the countryside up to the surrounding mountains and from which you can admire the sunset until the last ray of sunshine. A short distance away you will also find all the services for your needs: supermarkets, pharmacy, bank, post office, bars, restaurants and swimming pools. Guest access The independent room with the third bathroom is only made available when there are more than 5 guests or upon request (at the price of 20 euros per night). In the rustic tavern, guests will find wood for the fireplace, barbecue, tables, chairs, and deckchairs for the garden. You have to climb a few steps to access the house. Other things to note Heating, if necessary, has an additional cost of 30 euros per night. Bed linen and towels (face towels, guest towels and bath towels) are provided upon request at a price of 10 euros per person.
