Villa Rustica -Heated Pool & Garden near the Beach

Villa Rustica is located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac. The Villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a very large living-dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. In the outdoor area there is a garden with a sitting area and a barbecue and a heated pool. There is also a sun terrace of about 20 sqm with sea views. Beach & Supermarket are within 2-5 minutes, town center and nature protected dunes at 10-20 minutes walk. The space Villa Rustica is surrounded by a beautiful outdoor space providing everything one needs for an amazing holiday. One side of the garden is covered by canary palm trees that provide ideal scenario to relax in the shadows of the palms. On the other side, there is a nice patio with a large teak table to enjoy outside lunches and BBQs. There’s a stone BBQ just in front of the patio. For kids’ entertainment there are outdoor playhouse and swing but also beach toys and indoor games. In front of the Villa, south exposed with sunshine all day, there is a heated pool (26 ° - 32 °) which offers on its large terrace 6 sun loungers, a large parasol and 2 large wicker chairs under a pergola. On top of the Villa there is a c. 20 sqm terrace to enjoy the sunshine and the sea views. Garden and pool are maintained weekly. The Villa is protected by walls and iron gates. There’s also an internal fence on the patio side which divides this area from the pool so kids or dogs can safely play outdoor. For the entertainment the living room, the Mater Bedroom and the second bedroom have TVs with Satellite channels (including main German and UK channels) and streaming services (Disney+ and UK Amazon Prime Video). Unlimited fibre optic WiFi (100mb/s) is available in the Villa. We recently added a home working setting in one of the rooms plus there’s a comfortable area for working in the living room too. In 2022 we have also installed a brand new air conditioning system in the 2 main bedrooms to chilled out the rooms during the summer period. Guest access Access is to the entire Villa and guests are welcomed to use everything in the Villa. Towels, Beach Towels, linen, BBQ, Nespresso Coffee machine, iron, hair dryer, 2 baby cots, 2 baby chairs, buggy, 3 bikes, beach sun umbrella are all included. In addition, a FOCUS Mountain Bike is available for hiring at €50 fee per week.
