Perfect for exploring Chantelouve, La Mure, Bourg D'Oisans, Ecrin National Park, Alp D'Heuz & Les Deux Alpes or just relaxing in complete peace. Skiers, snowboarders, hikers, cyclists & mountain bikers will all find lots to do in this wonderful place. The space The conversion is done with a sympathetic eye to the nature of the building, although all very modern, there are exposed wooden beams and stonework in the walls. The downstairs contain 2 modern kitchens and dining areas, with washing machines, dishwashers, large ovens and five burner hobs, microwaves and fridge freezers. Cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and cooking utensils are provided. There is a downstairs WC in the Haybarn and a wetroom type shower with WC in the Stables. The lounges have TVs and DVD players with DVDs, a log burning stove (Haybarn only) and access to the terraces and bbq areas. In the upstairs there are 5 airy bedrooms with vaulted ceilings. Four of them have mezzanines and three have en-suits. The mezzanines are not suited to very young children or the elderly as the stairs up to them are a little steep. Haybarn Bedroom 1 sleeps five on single beds and has a bathroom en-suit. Two of the beds are up on it's mezzanine. Bedroom 2 sleeps six adults and has a shower room en-suit. Three of the beds are up on the mezzanine. Stables Bedroom 3 -sleeps four and has a shower en-suit with two of the beds up on the mezzanine. Bedroom 4 has three beds (one up on the mezzanine, one raised bed and a lower double bed). Bedroom 5 has two beds. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a family sized Shower room and WC. These are two independent gites with an internal linking door that can be opened if you wish. This means that there are two sets of reception areas - ideal for groups and families, where tastes in entertainment and noise levels may vary. The table in the dining room of the Stables can be extended so everyone can easily eat together at one table. It can also be reduced to make a space for dancing - there is a large Bluetooth speaker and disco lighting. Guest access The gites are entirely at your disposal. As well as a private, un-overlooked garden with seating, firepit and bbq at the back, there is also a second terrace to the front for your own use and a shared garden area out the front with seating, a hammock and stunning views that you are welcome to enjoy at any time. There is a carpark for 3 cars and plenty of free parking just outside our driveway. Secure bike / ski /board equipment storage included (please let us know in advance).
