You will need to shop for your own food and cook your meals if you intend to dine at the flat. That said you are likely to find the kitchen stocked with few food items and you are very welcome to help yourselves with them! Please read the house rules carefully & agree before booking. The hosts and building management have the right to turn away unregistered guests at any time, no questions asked. STRICTLY NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS. 3. Additional guest that is not prior approved will be an additional $15. The standard cost for an additional over night guest when booked is only $7. Please inform me before bringing more people. Or extra charges will be required. By law i do need to receive a copy of the passport of all the people that will stay in the apartment. This is for safety reasons. You will be responsible for anything that gets damaged, even though it happened because of someone you invited. 4. NO SMOKING and NO PARTIES! EXCESS CLEANING: $ 100 fine, or applicable costs if more, if we find smoking smell in the flat. 5. NO DRUGS and NO Protitution! 6.
