JJ's Escape: A Homely Vacation Villa with a Pool!

Your home away from home! JJ's Escape is a homely, bright & airy villa with a POOL, garden patio, all-around verandah. Perfect for weekend/ yoga escapes, birthdays, hen nights, family reunions. 2min drive to PD main 3-1/2 mile beach & La Playa Bistro (weekend live music). 10min drive to PD town. Cooking/party amenities/towels/bed linen provided. 55" Smart TV. Carrom board & board games too! Wifi available but not strong/can be erratic. Find us on IG at jjs_escape The space Private swimming pool, carrom board, old school board games, huge couch, spare tables/chairs for parties, garden patio, verandah around the house, outdoor banquet tables and stools. We have unlimited WIFI but its not strong and can be erratic. 55 inch Smart TV. No cable, Astro or Netflix provided, but you can use your own account. BBQ grill available for rent - pls enquire for pricing. Especially suitable for large groups. No charcoal or firestarters provided but these can be bought at local stores. SDR Plus portable karaoke machine/bluetooth speaker with two wireless mics - use Youtube/phone for Karaoke tracks. Additional bedding/towels not provided. Guests shall return all games/toys/equipment to original condition after use. Guest access The entire villa and surrounding garden with its own 20ft L x 10ft W x 4ft deep pool! Other things to note We are a family run homestay. We are not a venue for crazy, loud and rowdy parties. We have to be strict as a small number of past guests have inconvenienced us and our neighbours. We require a damage deposit that will be refunded after checkout. Please note that you will forfeit your deposit if you: *Do not follow the pool rules and/or house rules. *Smoke in the villa or leave cigarette butts littered on the property, including the drains and garden. *Damage the property or leave the villa in an unacceptably dirty condition. *Do not follow our Quiet Hours which are from midnight to 7 am. We are in a housing estate with neighbours. We will not tolerate rowdy & loud guests and will call the authorities if required. Other homestays charge extra for BBQs but we do not. However, if you have a BBQ/party, you are responsible for cleaning up the villa of all party rubbish etc. This includes leaving all rubbish outside the house in the bin, cleaning all kit that has been used (bbq set, tables, chairs, etc) and returning them to storage. Failure to do this will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. NO SOAP allowed in the pool. This affects the pH balance and you will forfeit your damage deposit.
