The Cottage at Samford Lakes

The Cottage is one of five cottages situated at Samford Lakes. This workers cottage has four small bedrooms and adjoins Honeymoon Cottage. It is recommended 4 or more guests to rent both (The Lake House). This give you the whole house, with two bathrooms, 2 Living areas and 2 kitchens. We are unable to allow pets in Honeymoon Bay or The Cottage. If you wish to bring your pet please check out our two pet friendly listings at Samford Lakes "The Midway Cottage" and "The Spillway Cottage" The space The Cottage Is The Original Farmhouse workers Cottage … and has been renovated tastefully to retain many of the original Queenslander features. There is an open plan living and kitchen area with a breakfast bar and the wrap around verandah providing an outdoor undercover dining area. The bathroom is adjoining, at the end of the verandah area "outside"of the main house. The cottage has four small double bedrooms and adjoins Honeymoon Bay. You can rent the cottage separately or rent both together ( The Lake House) to give you a huge space with two kitchens and two bathrooms, 2 Living areas, Recommended to rent both for 4 or more guests. Guest access We are a "Guests Only" private property, offering seclusion and natural privacy, that you will cherish. Only registered accommodation guests have access onto our rural property, the accommodation cottages and the onsite facilities of Infinity Pool, Camp Kitchen, Wood Fired Pizza Oven, Sauna, Tennis Court and the non motorised Lake activities, such as Canoes, Row Boats, Kayaks. Other things to note Visitors and Unregistered Guests. For the consideration of all guests staying at Samford Lakes Accommodation - and to ensure all our guests have a great experience - Access to Samford Lakes Accommodation Cottages and our Onsite Facilities, such as Infinity Pool, Wood Fired Pizza Oven, Tennis Court, Sauna and Row Boats, Kayaks, Canoes are for exclusive use for registered accommodation guests only. Should unregistered guests and visitors occupy rooms or use facilities your stay is subject to immediate termination and a $400 cleaning fee will apply. Samford Lakes is not an Event, Function or Party Venue, our purpose is quiet enjoyment, seclusion and privacy. For respect for all guests and onsite staff, please reduce noise levels between 10pm and 7am. Samford Lakes Accommodation has a zero tolerance policy on parties being held on the property where it is identified that noise levels disturb other guests. Any situation where intoxication and excessive alcohol and / or drug use is occuring , Samford Lakes reserves the right to immediately request all occupants to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for any expenses resulting from additional cleaning, replacement of any furniture / fixtures / fittings breakages as well as any required repairs.
