House with the Lot! This house has two separate living areas, one downstairs with a Dvd player for the kids and upstairs is a large lounge area opening up to the front deck. The main bedroom of this home has a queen size bed, built in robes and access to the large balcony overlooking beautiful Sussex Inlet. The other two bedrooms also offer built in robes as well as two sets of tri bunks, making this house sleep max of 6 adults. Walk out the backyard of this house and you will be amazed by how big and green the backyard is, with stunning native bushes right across the back fence. The house also offers a huge laundry including a second toilet and shower downstairs. - Group Bookings are subject to approval - Higher Bond May Apply. - No smoking inside the house - No pets allowed - Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company) Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
