Other things to note The entire property is non-smoking (including all areas on the premises). No ashtrays are provided, so please bring your own and take your cigarette butts with you. Additional charges may apply if any smoke odor remains inside the room. Noise Caution: Please be considerate of noise at night and early in the morning. When leaving the building: Please turn off the air conditioner and lights, and close the windows. Be cautious when using heating or cooking appliances. Damaged, lost, or heavily soiled items may result in additional charges. Prohibition of leaving large items of trash: If suitcases or other items are left outside or inside the room when checked out, a destruction fee of 5,000 yen will be charged. Bedding may differ slightly from photos depending on availability. Regarding the appearance of bedding: Bedding that differs from that shown in the photos may be used. Regarding cleaning delays: Cleaning may be delayed 1-3 hours depending on the conditions of the day. Please contact us if there is a delay. About the quality of the cleaning: Due to the nature of private accommodation cleaning, there may be differences in the finished product due to subjective factors. Our facility does not have parking spaces. Unauthorized parking on our premises will incur a penalty of 30,000 JPY per day.
