A separate cleaning fee may apply for any violations. However, smoking is permitted only on the balcony of your room. Please ensure the room windows are closed while smoking. Ashtrays are not provided, so kindly bring your own and dispose of cigarette butts properly.Please take them home with you. Be aware that an additional fee may be charged if cigarette odor remains in the room. ・Please pay special attention to noise at night and early morning. ・Please close the windows, turn off the air conditioner and the lights in the room when you go out. ・Please be careful when using cooking utensils, heaters, and other fire-hazardous equipment. ・Actual costs for repair, replacement, or disposal of damaged or lost equipment or fixtures , including additional cleaning is required, may be charged separately. ・After check-out, if large items such as suitcases are left in the room or on the premises etc , a disposal fee of 5,000 JPY will be charged. ・Quilt covers and bed sheets may differ from the picture on our page as we change them for cleaning. We appreciate your understanding. ・Please note that there's a possibility of a delay in the cleaning schedule and we might not be able to finish cleaning by check-in time. (We may be late 1-3hours depending on the situation) If you find that the room hasn't been cleaned, please let us know. ・Please note that we might not be able to meet your expectations for the quality of the room cleaning since it is cleaning for renting private homes and rooms. ・Our facility does not have parking spaces. Unauthorized parking on our premises will incur a penalty of 30,000 JPY per day. ・In the event of a lost or damaged room key, a penalty of 20,000 JPY will be charged. ※Disclaimer※ We are not responsible for any death or injury at our property. We will also charge for any associated repairs and to the room. The guest who makes the reservation is 100% responsible for the guest himself/herself and those staying with all guests. 【FAQ】 ・Child rates　 Up to 6 years old is free of charge only when sharing a bed with an adult. Children over 7 years old will be charged the adult rate. ＊Please be sure to bring your own towels, etc., as we do not provide amenities for children sleeping with parents. ・Telephone service hours　 09:00 - 23:00 in JST. Please contact us by e-mail after the above hours or in case of emergency. ・Check-in procedure　 Self check-in. There is no staff in our facility. After you create a reservation, you will receive an access booklet and pre check-in URL by Email. ＊Guest information must be entered for all guests until the information is 100% complete. The key information will be sent to you by Email 3 days before check-in. Please make sure to check all details before you come here. I suggest downloading the information in advance so you can access it offline. ・Early check-in Not accepting early check in. Luggage drop is not allowed. ・Late check-out Not accepting early check out. If you check out after the regular check-out time, an additional fee may be charged. We do not accept luggage storage after check out as well. ・Primary Languages These rules will be made in Japanese and English. However , if there are any discrepancies or differences between translations , the Japanese version should be pointed out as the primary one regarding the rules.
