The space SEAGULL offers spectacular elevated views and is fully equipped and furnished to cater for up to 8 guests. Accommodation includes: > 3 bedrooms (1 with private ensuite) bathroom and a 4th bedroom (or sitting room) on the upper mezzanine level; > spacious loungeroom and TV sitting-area with large balcony deck overlooking the Indian Ocean; > dining area and fully-equipped designer kitchen; > (separated) rear family room with TV sitting area and pool table; > laundry with washing machine and dryer main bathroom, and; > 2nd (separate) toilet/WC Externally there is a grassed rear yard area, clothes drying area and 2 x adjacent parking bays for your guest's use. There are comfy sofas, smart TV's , free WIFI, well-equipped kitchen and laundry, barbecue, and ample tables and chairs throughout. Guest access Access to SEAGULL APARTMENT is self-entry via a key lockbox. Welcome/access instructions are issued 4 - 7 days prior to occupancy date. Once inside the ground level entry hall, there is one flight of stairs (no lift/elevator access) which leads direct to the main living area. There is 2nd (alternate) flight of external stairs - also to this level - located adjacent the rear car park. An additional set of (circular) stairs leads up from the main living level to the 3rd level mezzanine bedroom/sitting-area On-site parking at rear of property for up to 2 vehicles. Needs to be managed for easy in/out access. The property is fully fenced. Other things to note SEAGULL APARTMENT Base Tariff includes for up to 6 persons. An Additional Persons Surcharge is levied per person for up to 2 additional guests (maximum of 8 guests overall). Possible sleeping arrangements for guests include: 3 x bedrooms (1 with a private ensuite bathroom) plus a 4th bedroom/sitting room (with single bed and a double-size sofa bed) located on the upper mezzanine level. Beds in most rooms may be configured upon request as either 1 x king-size bed or 2 x single beds. Additional bedding can be provided via a fold-out double-size sofa beds in the rear family room. The two residences - the lower level Starfish and the upper-level Seagull - are completely separate with their own entrances and security systems. However both apartments can be interconnected via an internal stairwell and booked as one large beach house for larger bookings.
