Nestled in the Regional Nature Reserve of Millevaches, in the unspoiled countryside of the Corrèze region, the furnished guest house has its own independent access and sits on the first and second levels of the main house. The host is away, and guests will have the guest house to themselves and no shared spaces. The property is set on 2,550 m2 (±0.6 acre) of land, with two patios and beautiful gardens graced by two small ponds, where you can wander or enjoy a peaceful rest. The guest house was fully renovated in the Spring of 2024 Ground Floor: • Separate entrance hallway at the back of the house • Split bathroom with sink and walk-in Italian shower, and W.C. • Large storage room with washing machine, dryer, additional bottom freezer-refrigerator, coat rack, shoe rack, ironing table and iron, drying rack, step ladder, and storage racks Upper Floor: • Living area with sleeper sofa (130x190 cm for additional person), and 32" flat-screen TV • 2 separate bedrooms with, in each, a double bed (140x190 cm), bedside tables and lamps, a wooden armoire. Quality beds with a slat frame, a mattress, and a 6-cm memory foam mattress topper for improved sleep comfort • Fully equipped open kitchen with dishes, 3-zone induction cooktop with fan, refrigerator, countertop electric oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, and filter coffee machine • Eating nook with a view Electric radiant heaters throughout Tile floors on the ground floor, and stratified wood floors on the upper floor Grounds: • 2,550 m² (0.6 acre) of beautiful grounds graced by patios, gardens and two small ponds. What used to be a grazing field for the cow herd has been turned into a wonderful and tranquil setting of beautiful gardens with a wide collection of plants and trees. • Outside the guesthouse, the backyard has been laid out in two separate tiled patios and a wooden deck with flower beds and shrub borders leading to the gardens. • In the storage shed, at your disposal, are a patio table and chairs, four lounge chairs, a sun umbrella, and a portable charcoal BBQ. Other things to note In the bedrooms, each bed is equipped with a fully zipped hypoallergenic and antibug waterproof mattress protector, a mattress cover, a 240x220 cm comforter, one additional blanket, 2-65x65 cm pillows and pillow protectors.
