The main room is the large living room that extends onto the wooden terrace. A dining area for 10 with direct access to the kitchen. The Living Room/TV with the comfortable and spacious sofa The bay window opens completely to integrate the large terrace into this living space. The terrace is shaded and sheltered from the wind: it will accommodate breakfasts in the sun as well as family meals in the shade of the sail. The outdoor living room is ideal for sunbathing and evening aperitifs. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, fridge/freezer/ice maker.
