Villa Rulle is an open door to unique experiences that will remain engraved in your memories. The house is divided into two floors. On the first floor, a cozy colonial-style living-dining room invites you to enjoy panoramic views and the majestic Peñón de Ifach. On cool days they find warmth by the wood-burning fireplace. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, and the two bedrooms with single beds await you followed by a complete and equipped bathroom. Stepping out onto the open terrace, you will be amazed by unforgettable views of the sea, creating a perfect setting for special moments. The terrace has a dining room ideal for breakfasts or romantic dinners, adding another layer of charm to your experience. On the ground floor, connected from the outside, you will discover a small and charming apartment with a bedroom, a bright and spacious bathroom, a kitchen and a small living room. This option offers additional privacy and a welcoming atmosphere for your guests. The jewel of the property is located on the lower terrace, which is accessed by stone stairs. Here, you will find a private pool that invites you to immerse yourself in complete tranquility. This terrace has a covered area with a barbecue, ideal for enjoying lunch and dinner outdoors in total comfort and charm. Additionally, it has an additional outdoor bathroom that includes a separate shower. Guest access The collection of keys will take place in our office located in Plaza Benimarco,3, Benissa, Alicante next to the Restaurant Cañis. Other things to note On arrival, a block of €300 will be placed on your card as a deposit. · For hygiene reasons, salt, oil, pepper and toothpicks are not provided. Optional services - Extra beds: Price: 21.45 € per day. - Cot and high chair: Price: 5.00 € per day each. - Breakfast Pack for 2: Price: 50.00 € per booking. For stays equal to or less than 10 days are considered tourist accommodation - tourism contract. For stays longer than 10 days are considered seasonal rentals according to the Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, with seasonal rental contract to sign.
