This house is large enough for a family gathering or group of friends (up to 7). We may be able to arrange catering and other support for your group Guest access The house has everything you would expect and enjoys a strong wi fi connection. The most special activities are walking out to the beach, barbecues and cocktails on the terrace under the stars. The main part of the property is private for your use. Staff access the property once or twice a day to feed animals, clean pool etc. but do not enter the rental property The rental property comprises the whole house and gardens with the exception of a self contained flat on the ground floor that is occasionally used by the owners or housekeepers Other things to note We have a swimming pool 7m x 3.5m - 1m - 2m deep, swimming is AYOR. The entire property is protected by high walls - 2 vehicles can be safely parked within. 4 rescue animals live on the property - the dogs are friendly but also provide extra security. The animals all live outside, but enjoy human company The house has two spiral staircases to access the two floors, these are quite tight and we do not recommend for people with serious mobility issues Many guests over 70 years old have managed them very well but if in doubt please enquire further. We do not recommend swimming in the sea directly in front of the house, unless the lifeguards have indicated that it is safe to do so
