THE LOCATION Villa Salento2 is located in Marina di Novaglie, about a 90-minute drive from Brindisi Airport, 9 km from Santa Maria di Leuca and 16 km from the beaches of the Maldives of Salento. Marina di Novaglie has fascinating panoramic views of the sea with BREATHTAKING SUNRISES visible to the naked eye, the mountains of Albania and the Greek island of CORFU, and is ideal for lovers of swimming, scuba diving, snorkeling, boating, fishing, walking, cycling, etc. The coast can be explored by swimming, or by kayak or guided boat tour to discover the wonderful natural sea caves that adorn this stretch of coastline. THE COMPOSITION OF VILLA SALENTO2 VILLA SALENTO2 is located on land that includes the house, the outdoor veranda with SEA VIEW, garden and parking on the property. The access road to the house is private, shared only by the neighboring houses. THE HOUSE The house has just been renovated and made comfortable, it consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with shower and a living area with full kitchen. Villa Salento2 can comfortably accommodate up to 4/6 guests. SLEEPING AREA The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. There is a double bedroom with a sea view, a double bedroom with two single beds (they can be combined to make a double bed). LIVING AREA The living room has a glass door that opens onto the veranda and patio, connecting the interior and exterior and exposing the enchanting view of the Adriatic coast. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, with shelves, electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, and all the necessary utensils for cooking (dishes, cutlery, trays, pots, pans, glasses). The living room also includes a relaxation corner with a sofa bed equipped with a satellite TV and a dining table. Villa Salento2 has been organized to live it all year round, cool in summer and heated in the coldest months of the year. THE OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENT The large outdoor space is the right place to spend pleasant hours outdoors. Whether it's relaxing or reading a book under the covered veranda or on the deckchairs, organizing outdoor lunches and dinners, or better yet a delicious aperitif on the terrace with a large table and admiring the view of the cobalt sea and the panoramic view. VERANDA - BARBECUE AREA WITH STONE OVEN - GARDEN - OUTDOOR STONE SHOWER - PARKING The covered veranda has been designed to allow you to spend pleasant moments outdoors, while remaining sheltered from the elements. The patio next to the veranda is equipped with deckchairs and sun loungers, while the barbecue area houses a beautiful wood-fired barbecue for organizing a tasty barbecue. Next to the barbecue is the beautiful stone cabin shower.
